I lost my progress / my levels are locked again. What happened?
Tapping Restart Campaign from inside the app wipes your save file. So does uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The save file lives only on your device — there is no cloud sync.
Can I move my save to another device?
Not at this time. The app stores progress locally only, with no accounts or cloud sync. iOS device-to-device transfer (via Quick Start or iCloud restore) will carry the save over if you set up the new device from the old one's backup; otherwise it starts fresh.
The app crashed / a level seems unwinnable.
Please email ryanevans23@gmail.com with the level number and what happened. Crashes are very rare — the app makes zero network requests, has no third-party SDKs, and is pure HTML5/Canvas, so most issues are reproducible bugs that get patched quickly.
Will there be more levels / galaxies?
Probably. v1.0 ships with 100 hand-tuned levels across 10 galaxies. Additional galaxies are planned as paid expansions (each $3.99–$4.99) if there's interest.
I bought a boost pack but didn't get the boosts.
Boost packs are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple. In the rare case a purchase completes but the boosts don't appear, fully close and reopen the app — an interrupted transaction finishes on the next launch. If you were charged and still don't see the boosts, email me with the transaction ID from your Apple receipt and I'll sort it out. (Consumable boosts can't be re-granted by Restore Purchases — that button only restores non-consumable unlocks, which this version doesn't have yet.)
Is there an Android version?
Not currently. The app is built with Capacitor so an Android port is technically straightforward; it's a question of time and demand. Email if you want one — interest signals matter.
