Space Force (the “App”) is a single-player game developed by Ryan Evans. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
Data we collect
None. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data of any kind.
Data stored on your device
The App uses your device's local storage (the iOS WebView's localStorage
API) to remember:
- Your current level and game progress
- Your last-used speed and sound settings
- Whether you've seen the How-to-Play walkthrough
This data lives only on your device and is never transmitted off it. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or when you tap Restart Campaign from inside the game.
Network
The App does not make network requests. It is fully playable offline. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or third-party trackers of any kind.
In-app purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (consumable boost packs). When you buy one:
- Apple processes the transaction. We never see your payment method, Apple ID, billing address, or any other personal information. Apple's privacy policy governs the transaction.
- What the App receives from Apple is a transaction identifier and the product identifier of what you bought, used only to credit the boost to your device's local inventory. They are never sent to any server we control — we operate no servers, and the App makes zero network requests.
- What is stored lives in the same on-device
localStoragesave as your game progress and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
We do not use purchase information for advertising, profiling, or tracking under the App Tracking Transparency framework.
Children's privacy
Because the App does not collect any data from any user, it complies with COPPA and similar regulations by default. Players of any age may use the App without parental consent.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this document and update the in-app version number. Continued use of the App after such a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
